Our live food stations are not Halal-certified. However, we use Halal-certified ingredients for our food preparation.

Our live food station packages include the necessary equipment, ingredients, serving materials and an operator to prepare and serve the food during your event.

The number of servings varies depending on the package selected and is stated on each product page. Additional servings can be arranged for larger events at an additional charge.

Most live food stations require a standard 13A power socket and a suitable table for setup. If required, tables, food carts or booth setups can be provided at an additional charge.

Yes. You can mix and match different live food stations to offer your guests a wider variety of food and snacks. This is especially suitable for school carnivals, corporate events, family days and larger celebrations.

Yes. Delivery, setup and collection are included with our carnival game rentals, unless otherwise stated. Our team will set up the games and ensure they are ready for play before your event.

Our standard rental rates do not include prizes. However, we can source and procure suitable prizes for your event upon request at an additional charge.

Game attendants are not included in our standard rental rates. If you require manpower to facilitate the games or manage your activity stations, let us know and we can provide a separate quotation based on your event requirements.

Space requirements vary depending on the games selected. Let us know your available space, venue and number of games required and our team can recommend a suitable setup and layout for your event.

Our carnival games should be set up indoors or in a fully sheltered area. For outdoor events, the games must be protected from rain and other weather conditions to prevent damage to the equipment.

Our arcade machine rentals range from approximately $300 to $1,000 per day, depending on the machine selected. Contact us if you need help choosing suitable games for your event and budget.

Yes. Our team will deliver, set up and test the arcade machines before your event and return for collection after the rental period.

Our arcade machines are suitable for indoor use. Outdoor setups are only possible in fully sheltered areas where the machines are protected from rain, direct sunlight and other weather conditions.

Space requirements vary depending on the machine selected. Each arcade machine typically requires one standard 13A power socket. Let us know your venue and available space, and we can advise on a suitable setup.

Contact our team immediately if you experience any issues during your event. We will provide troubleshooting support and, where necessary and practicable, arrange on-site assistance to get the machine running again. If the issue cannot be resolved, appropriate compensation may be provided based on the affected machine and duration of downtime.

Each inflatable has different space and height requirements. Check the dimensions listed on the product page and allow sufficient clearance around the inflatable for safe setup. If you're unsure, send us your venue dimensions or floor plan and we'll recommend suitable options.

Yes. Our inflatables can be set up at suitable indoor and outdoor venues across Singapore, including function rooms, schools, community spaces, event venues and sheltered areas. Outdoor setups are subject to suitable ground, weather and anchoring conditions. Do note:A refundable cleaning surcharge (from $60, depending on the size of the inflatable) will be collected before the event. It will be fully refunded if the inflatable is returned clean and dry. If it gets wet due to rain, the surcharge still applies to cover cleaning and sanitization.

For outdoor events, inflatable use must stop during unsafe weather conditions such as heavy rain or strong winds. We recommend having a sheltered setup location or wet-weather contingency whenever possible.

Yes. Our team handles delivery, professional setup and dismantling of the inflatable. All we need is suitable access to the setup area and a nearby power supply for the blower.

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends, school holidays and popular event dates. Early booking gives you the best selection of available inflatables for your preferred date.

For outdoor setups, weather risk is borne by the client once the booking is confirmed, as logistics and manpower are committed in advance.We strongly recommend choosing a sheltered or indoor venue to ensure your event runs smoothly regardless of weather.

Yes, cancellations at least 7 days in advance are eligible for a full refund.​ However, any food, customized items or materials that have already been prepared or purchased in advance will not be eligible for refund.

Inflatables and arcade machines require a standard 230V power supply. Power points should be within 5 meters of setup.
