Q: How do I book an inflatable?
A: Just drop us a message on WhatsApp! We'll check availability, confirm your event details and send over a quotation. Quick and easy, just make sure to give our Terms & Conditions a read before confirming your booking.

Q: What if it rains on the day?

A: In the event of heavy rain or lightning, no refunds or rescheduling will be provided once a booking is confirmed. This is because logistical arrangements, transport and manpower are already committed ahead of time.

To avoid weather-related disruptions, we highly recommend choosing an indoor venue where possible, it’s the best way to ensure the fun goes on, rain or shine!

 

Q: Can I cancel my booking?

A: Yes, cancellations at least 7 days in advance are eligible for a full refund.

Setup Related:

Q: How much space do I need?
A: It depends on the inflatable, but we generally recommend at least 1 metre of clearance on all sides. Don’t worry, we’ll advise you based on the specific unit you’re renting.

 

Q: Does the inflatables need power?

A: Yes. A standard power socket (230V) is required within 5 metres of the setup site. Please check with us if extension reels are required.

Q: How long does setup and teardown take?
A: Setup and teardown typically takes about 20-30 minutes each, depending on the inflatable size and site conditions. We’ll coordinate timing with you to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.

 

Q: Are the inflatables safe for kids?

A: Absolutely. Safety is our #1 priority. All our inflatables are made from commercial grade PVC; durable and fire-retardant. Every unit is cleaned and sanitized before each rental. Rest easy, your kids are in good hands. 
While we handle setup and safety measures, adult supervision is always required during play to ensure everyone stays safe and happy.

Q: Can the inflatable be used outdoors?
A: Yes, our inflatables are suitable for outdoor use on grass, artificial turf, concrete and other flat surfaces. For setups on grass or soil, a protective groundsheet will be provided.

To keep our inflatables safe and clean for everyone, a $60 cleaning fee applies if they are returned wet, muddy or heavily soiled after use. Please ensure the setup area is clean and free of sharp objects, mud, animal waste, food or other debris to avoid this charge.

We understand the weather is beyond anyone’s control, but if the inflatable is wet due to rain, the cleaning fee will still apply so we can dry and sanitize it for the next event.

Q: What should I do if it rains during my rental?

A: For outdoor setups, please turn off the blower immediately and bring it under shelter to prevent any electrical hazards. You can leave the inflatable itself outside but be sure to have everyone exit the inflatable first for safety.

Safety always comes first and we appreciate your care in keeping everyone safe and happy.

Q:  Can children play on the bouncy castles when they’re wet?

A: For safety reasons, children should not play on the bouncy castles when wet as slippery surfaces increase the risk of falls and injuries.

Payment & Liability Related:
 

Q: Am I liable for any damage?

A: Yes. You are responsible for any intentional or negligent damage caused during the rental. This includes:

1. Repair costs, or
2. Full replacement value if the item is beyond repair

An excessive cleaning free (starting from $60) may be charged if the inflatable or equipment is returned in an unsanitary or heavily soiled condition, including but not limited to:
1. Food or drink spills
2. Mud, paint or other difficult to clean substances

3. Bodily fluids or hygiene related incidents
 

Our staff will inspect the inflatable before and after the rental. You are encouraged to inspect the equipment with us before use begins and report any concerns to avoid any potential disputes.
 

Q: What if someone gets hurt while using the inflatable?

A: All users must strictly follow our safety guidelines and be supervised by an adult at all times. We are not liable for injuries resulting from improper use, negligence or lack of supervision. By proceeding with your booking, you agree to the indemnity and liability terms outlined clearly in our Terms & Conditions.

Q: What should I do if the blower stops working during the event?
A: If the blower stops working, first ensure the power supply and plug are secure and the socket is functioning. If everything seems fine but the blower still isn’t working, please turn it off and contact us immediately. We’ll provide guidance over the phone or send a replacement blower if available.

If the issue is due to equipment failure on our part and cannot be resolved promptly, we will take responsibility and may offer a partial refund or other suitable compensation based on the unused rental time.
