Event Rental Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How do I book an item or package?
A: Simply drop us a message on WhatsApp or fill in the enquiry form in Contact Us! We’ll check availability, understand your event needs and recommend suitable setups (inflatables, arcade machines or games). Once confirmed, we’ll send over a quotation for your review. Quick and hassle-free.

Q: What if it rains on the day?

A: For outdoor setups, weather risk is borne by the client once the booking is confirmed, as logistics and manpower are committed in advance.

We strongly recommend choosing a sheltered or indoor venue to ensure your event runs smoothly regardless of weather.

 

Q: Can I cancel my booking?

A: Yes, cancellations at least 7 days in advance are eligible for a full refund.​

Q: How much space do I need?
A: Space requirements vary depending on the equipment. We’ll advise you based on your selected setup.

  • For inflatables, we generally recommend at least 1 meter of clearance on all sides

  • Arcade machines and carnival games require flat, sheltered areas

Q: Do your equipment require power?

A: Yes. Inflatables and arcade machines require a standard 230V power supply. Power points should be within 5 meters of setup.

Q: How long does setup and teardown take?
A: Typically: 

  • Inflatables: 20 - 30 minutes

  • Arcade machines / carnival games: 10–20 minutes (Basketball machines take longer for setup approx 30 - 40mins)

We’ll coordinate timing to ensure a smooth setup before your event starts.

Q: Can the equipment be used outdoors?

A: Yes, depending on the item:

  • Inflatables: Suitable for grass, turf or concrete

  • Arcade machines / Carnival Games: Must be placed under shelter

We’ll advise based on your venue.

Do  note:

A refundable cleaning surcharge (from $60, depending on the size of the inflatable) will be collected before the event. It will be fully refunded if the inflatable is returned clean and dry. If it gets wet due to rain, the surcharge still applies to cover cleaning and sanitization.
 

If heavy rain prevents safe setup before the event, the booking will be considered a rain-out and a 50% refund will be issued. For safety and to stay on schedule for other clients, we may need to leave the venue once the designated setup cutoff time is reached.
 

Q: What should I do if it rains during my rental?

A: 

  • Inflatables: Stop usage immediately, turn off blower and bring it under shelter to prevent any electrical hazards.

  • Arcade machines: Must be kept dry and under shelter at all times

Safety comes first. Please ensure all users exit equipment during wet conditions.

Q: Are the setups safe for children?
A: Yes. Safety is our priority.

  • Inflatables are made from commercial-grade materials and cleaned before every use

  • Equipment is checked prior to setup

Adult supervision is required at all times to ensure safe play.
 

Q: Am I liable for any damage?
A: Yes. You are responsible for any damage caused due to misuse, negligence or failure to follow guidelines.

This may include:

  • Repair costs

  • Full replacement if beyond repair

  • Additional cleaning fees for excessive mess

Our staff will inspect the equipment before and after the rental. You are encouraged to inspect the equipment with us before use begins and report any concerns to avoid any potential disputes.
 

Q: What if someone gets injured?
A: All equipment must be used according to safety guidelines and under supervision.

We are not liable for injuries resulting from misuse, unsafe behavior or lack of supervision.
 

Q: What should I do if something stops working?
A: 

  1. Check power connection first

  2. Contact us immediately

We’ll troubleshoot remotely or arrange a replacement if available.

If the issue is due to equipment failure on our end, we will provide fair compensation based on downtime.

Q: Who do I contact during the event?
A: You can reach us anytime during your rental via the contact provided. We aim to respond quickly and keep your event running smoothly.
